Hand sculpted plaster artwork, made using wood, wire mesh, hand-sculpted plaster, enameled paint, and a solid walnut frame.
The artwork is inspired by formations in the heavens. From constellation patterns, and craters on the moon, the artwork is ultra-dimensional. the plaster has a layered organic depth to it, all brought together and grounded in a lustrous, monotone finish. The slight gloss is designed to showcase the depth and detail. The walnut frame with a 1/4’ reveal around grounds the entire piece.
This artwork ships courier, takes a bit longer to develop, but every bit of handling and viewing shows the authentic, heavy duty nature this artwork requires. It comes with a heavy duty French cleat hardware for a seamless installation.
