Unlike my other work, this coffee pot is not an original design. It's my gift of '3D-life' to Jacques Carelman's 1969 drawing of a "Coffee Pot for Masochists" in his "Catalogue of Impossible Objects". Several of these were commissioned in 2004 by Userfocus (a user experience consultancy and training company) as client appreciation gifts. It was fun making something intentionally dysfunctional!
