The Chair 1901 was launched at the ICFF - Wanted design fair in 2017, during the New York design week.
This model has been a natural hit in Silicon Valley tech companies, since a limited edition was made by order for the headquarter project of Machine Zone, a tech company located in Cupertino, CA.
Each chair is made by his creator § team at the espina corona workshop under SLOW MADE standards and with ecological awareness. The design language combine traditional and modern techniques, 3D printed joints, digital fabrication and artisan process.
Environmentally friendly materials are chosen for his construction, like natural vegetal cognac leather, wood from sustainable forests of Patagonia and the finishing is based of wax - oil products, applied by hand.
