Original, one of a kind wall hanging textile sculpture made from organic cotton, rayon, and repurposed stage rigging rope.
Natural and synthetic fibers are hand-coiled around reclaimed rope that is woven, knotted, sculpted, and stitched into a solid soft sphere that easily hangs on the wall.
This is a unique fiber sculpture that adds texture and movement to any space. The combination of soft organic undyed cotton and the light-catching sheen of nylon add to the delicate luminosity of this piece. Celestial Pearl can pop on a bright wallpaper background or integrate seamlessly into a minimal design. The title Celestial Pearl simultaneously conjures memories of the moon and organic sea treasure.
