Unique Wood from the far reaches of the Globe, all presented in their natural colors.

Tim has been a woodworker from the age of 8. His first project was a jewelry holder for his mother. He loved the feel of the wood as he shaped and formed the various pieces, and thus was born his love affair with wood.
He found his true ability to express himself through his work when he got his first lathe 20 years ago. From the very beginning, he crafted shapes and pieces that were above the norm and offered his work in art galleries.
After a move to Kentucky, he continued his work, and became a member of the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen. He now offers his work through various Art Fairs and art outlets.
Although Tim’s major focus is on fine art created via the segmented version of “turning”, he also does other items such as trivets, ring holders, single-piece bowls and potpourri vessels.
All of his turned pieces feature a glass-like finish that wears for years with minimal care. The segmented pieces run from 3 inches to 20 inches and can be used as stand-alone art, or can be augmented with other decorations such as fruit, feathers, cotton bolls, etc.
There is no limit to the placement of his pieces, from a table centerpiece bowl or an elegant side table platter decoration to a bedside ring holder.
Tim’s pieces also include his famous Jumble Bowls, which contain various colors and sizes of woods swooping through layers creating a whimsical and delightful patterns for the eye.
Tim is available for consultation and will gladly collaborate on pieces for special occasions such as wedding, birthday or special gift.
