A series of handcrafted plaster relief objects exploring shadow, repetition, and sculptural rhythm at an intimate scale. Designed as modular wall compositions that shift visually throughout the day as light moves across the textured surfaces.

Each piece is individually sculpted and finished by hand in our Brooklyn studio, creating subtle variations unique to every composition.

Playing with Shadows and Textures

SIZMARI is a New York-based sculptural art studio producing handcrafted wall reliefs and architectural objects. Each piece is developed through rigorous exploration of raw materials — fiber-reinforced plaster blends, and charred wood — with a focus on structural rhythm and the interplay of light and shadow.
The studio was founded by Nugo Dvalishvili, an architect with over a decade of experience spanning award-winning residential and commercial projects. That dual perspective — sculptor and architect — means every piece functions not only as a visual object, but as a considered contribution to a room's volume and spatial experience.
All works are individually handcrafted in our Brooklyn studio. Custom and bespoke commissions are available for residential and high-end commercial projects.
