Impeccably hand woven in wool, this vintage kilim rug originates from Turkey circa 1940-1950. The 6x9 scale witnesses an outstanding marriage of embroidered patterns with subtle rarities like burdock symbols & rich tones of brown-black, red, green & white atop solid stripes. The artistically alluring piece lends a pop to the lighter hues and pivots white embroidered motifs with other colors for a smart approach in design & movement. Prevailing in great condition, a collectible worthy of being in a connoisseur’s repertoire.
