A lot of his ideas come to him in dreams, and he enjoys the challenge of turning those visions into real, hands-on pieces. He’s also a car guy at heart, especially when it comes to anything vintage, and he’s developed a strong skill set in welding and metal sculpture.
Matt often shares his work at craft shows and takes on custom projects. He’s supported by his wife, a music lover and gardener, who enjoys adding his art to her outdoor spaces. Whether it's at home, at work, or on the road, Matt brings creativity into everything he does.

Matt Pryer is an artist from Central Illinois who loves turning scrap metal into sculptures and giving old cars a second life. He first got into welding as a kid growing up on a farm, learning the basics with help from friends who knew their way around metalwork.
