Stefanie Schuessler Studio — A fine-art atelier exploring atmosphere, texture and poetic light
Cambridge, United Kingdom
"Exploring the quiet dialogue between pigment, texture, and light."
Working from Cambridge, Stefanie Schuessler approaches painting as a dialogue between material and emotion. Her abstract works balance atmosphere and structure — fields of translucent colour layered with quiet precision and metallic light. Each piece is an exploration of stillness and the subtle movement within it. Stefanie’s practice draws on her background as a designer and muralist, yet her studio paintings exist as intimate worlds of their own — places where pigment, texture, and light speak softly together. Collectors and designers who seek calm, presence, and depth in contemporary interiors will find her work both contemplative and alive with quiet energy.
I am very interested in scenes stemming from nature. I am devoted to nature. It is healthy and most beautiful, needs to be cherished and lived with. My renderings of its beauty range from realism to outright abstract views.
Each painting is made by hand in Cambridge, using tactile, light-sensitive materials chosen for their texture and longevity.
