Hi and welcome! I'm Sarah, the artist behind Happy Green Heart, the home of nature inspired art, moss wall art and epoxy resin embedded with nature. I'm lucky to live in Texas, US in a big thicket forested area, my source of inspiration for my art.
My love affair with nature started from childhood and nothing else has quite captured or held my attention than creating with my hands using natural materials. I have been working with wood for many years and my moss wall art creations are an extension of that. The entire process of creating, from concept to imagining where my artwork will end up is a joy and what keeps me motivated. Knowing that my creations will be enjoyed by someone is the ultimate purpose.
Being surrounded as I am by an abundance of green lush plants and giant trees reminds me on a daily basis that some people are not as lucky as I am to have this beautiful nature all around them. My creations are a way to bring this beauty to others so that they too can feel the connection to nature right inside their homes. Each time I step outside, I'm surrounded by inspiration from the stunning colors to gorgeous natural textures. All of this is reflected in my art.
