Rhiannon Griego is both a jewelry designer and fiber artist. Her textile background is in the Saori Zen Weaving tradition which embraces the wabi sabi nature of hand-weaving. She has apprenticed with both a master sculpture and weaver in order to establish her own style of both mediums, in wax and upon the loom. Her work has been collected by celebrities, hotels and many private clients all around the globe. Her work is inspired by her travels in the Southwest and an affinity for all nature. She designs sculptural jewelry in gold and works predominately with natural fibers when assuming the role of the weaver. Her textiles are both wearable and fine art.
