Hello, I'm Monica. I'm a fiber artist from the Bay Area specializing in modern, textural woven wall hangings. Born in Manila, Philippines to a family of artists, I grew up with art all around me, but did not realize my love for fiber art until summer of 2020 when I discovered my love for weaving and the fiber arts. Using fibers as the color and texture palette, I love creating art that's colorful, fun, and just brings joy. I source all my fibers are sourced from other small and women-owned businesses. I'm a licensed architect by day, so I surround myself in all forms of art all day long.IMPACT
