About This Creator
"New Folk Art for the Old Soul"
You can find Katie standing on the corner of wonder and memory. It is here that she will hug you and welcome you into her studio like you are already friends and kindred spirits. Her studio in New Orleans is an archive of evidence of loving and being loved. She was a photographer before a painter and now she enjoys doing both daily, if possible. Endlessly inspired by words and music and the beauty in the honest cultivation of the ordinary, Katie chases inspiration trying to write it all down, paint it wildly, and humbly photograph it before the sun sets.IMPACT
