More About This Creator

Q&A

What is your favorite material to work with?

"I love working with watercolors because of the speed in which they bleed and melt into each other. Oil is a beautiful medium because of the ability to layer one transparent layer over another without losing the original ground. Both mediums keep one from becoming to "precious" with a brush stroke. One runs, the other creates lights, complicated hues and shadows on its own through indirect layering."
