"large scale, expressive, bronze, outdoor, figurative sculpture"
The foundation of my work is anchored in the legacy of representational art, fueled by observation and an active reflection on our relationship to the beauty inherent in the natural world. My sculpture has primarily focused on the human form as a means of understanding and expressing human nature. The human form provokes our instincts and speaks to us through our own vivid and tangible vocabulary. Building upon this core work, I have expanded my focus to include reflections on the powerful anatomy and deep historical bonds that we share with animals in the world around us.
