Claire Szegvary is an abstract painter, journalist and writer from Pécs, Hungary (her book: “Stories from the Air”).
Although she did not study painting, she started painting because of the positive effect that creation has on the soul. Today, her passion and life goal is to cultivate painting as consciously and at a higher level as possible.
Her motto: “Painting with heart and soul” – which expresses both her creative style and the purpose of her painting.
The genre of expressionism allows her to freely express emotions, which she expresses most often with bold color choices and dynamic movements.
Claire Szegvary works mainly with acrylic paint, taking advantage of the advantages of the water technique, but she also experiments with creating special surfaces using mixed media and structure paste.
