Alabama is a multidisciplinary artist born in Colombes, in the Paris region at the end of the 80s. Her career is made up of diverse experiences. At first, she turned to studying ceramics at the Lycée de Sèvres, then deviated to product design, decoration and interior architecture.
Then, Labo 54 offers him the opportunity to discover the scenography, and integrates it into the creation of models for the decorations of the fashion shows created by Karl Lagerfeld.
Nourished by a resolutely urban influence, Alabama follows the path of festivals. She will present her work during an exhibition at Top to Bottom in Paris (2016), as a fresco at the Festival Points de Vue (2017), winner of the Open Walls competition or at Colorama in Biarritz (2018). Most recently in 2019, she created a fresco for the Spacejunk gallery in Bayonne and 3 others in London last July with Global Street Art and the Tower Hamlet Cemetery natural reserve.
His influences mix references from classical, romantic painting and other masters of sculpture. We then find in his work cutouts, collages, shapes and colors applied with a brush and an aerosol can. In parallel, Alabama offers its services as a freelance graphic designer. Today, she collaborates with companies on their visual identity projects and orders canvases as well as murals.
