Lazy Daisy Artwork

The natural colours of this mosaic artwork will complement any room and bring in a zing of colour to your room with the yellow daisy feature.

The natural stone tiles have been combined with bright coloured glass to create a tranquil artwork which reflects a stream gently flowing through a field of flowers. The glass tiles which make the river are a contrasting range of yellow, gold and orange tones.

The ceramic/mosaic work measures approx 20 x 20 cm and is mounted on a white box frame 34 x 34 cm to give a contemporary modern twist to a classic and traditional theme.

The artwork has been finished with a white felt back and fixings so that it can be wall mounted or it will look good on a desk easel or shelf.

Handmade Ceramics for the home Inspired by Nature

My Ceramic studio practice allows me to indulge my passion in contemporary craft using clay to explore contrasts in texture and materials, surface decoration and materiality.
I have created a range of mid-Century modern vases, vessels, platters and bowls in beautiful bright glazes to bring colour to your home.
My range of ceramic forever flowers for the home are inspired by nature and the changing seasons. Through my hand built sculptures I try to convey the fragility, colours and the delicate sculptural forms of native plants, flowers, all work is available in my online shop: Park ceramics and Gifts.

Amanda's work is regularly featured at exhibitions and fairs in the East and South of England. She is passionate about promoting Handmade and the Craftmanship of unique designed objects, she is a member of the Kent potters association.
