I was out early on an early May morning checking in on some favorite locations I'd previously scouted. The banks of this stream were overflowing with purple flowers for almost every inch. The print is described is a tranquil river in the spring, with flowers blooming along its banks. The waterway gently recedes into the distance under a vast, cloud-streaked sky. The flora on the banks are layers and clusters of purple wildflowers, which adds splashes of color to the scene. The digital brushwork appears soft and somewhat impressionistic, contributing to the tranquil and bucolic mood of the image. The trees frame the watercourse and lead the viewer's eye into the depth of the landscape. The artwork captures the peaceful essence of a calm day by the water, surrounded by the lushness of nature.
