About: Fantastic and very moody piece with a really great medallion and all-around look. I love this piece, super-rich, lustrous, and really just a very clean piece. Deep black-like blues, rusts, apricots, camel, honey, and more. A sensational example of abrash at it's finest. This piece has a great weave, nice soft pile, and lovey for a nice little nook, foyer, kitchen, bedroom, or anywhere else. This piece has some ancient repairs but everything is secured. We always recommend a high-quality custom cut pad for any and all rugs; these pads are made for hand-knotted rugs. They create a body and support the knots of the rug, as well as prevent it from slipping and sliding.

Did they weave it for personal use, commerce, to gift, or trade? Who was the second owner, and the third!?
