hailey young (b. 1996) is a mixed-media painter based in los angeles. her abstract paintings are a visual representation of the dynamic relationship between individuality and collective consciousness, exploring the inherent tension and harmony between the two.

between intuition-driven layers of mediums and techniques, she seeks to create a visual language that speaks to the interconnectedness of all things, while addressing the human condition of perceived uniqueness.

her work is an invitation to examine the role we play within the context of universal oneness - as it is experienced through our conscious and subconscious relationships with ourselves, those around us and the souls who inhabit the shared space of the world with which we all reside.

hailey young (b. 1996) is an american painter based in madison, georgia. as a long-time lover of all things visually and verbally expressive, she lingers on both sides of the intersection where the two collide.

she does so with the intention of better engaging in her own inner evolution and her continuous process of self-exploration is reflected in the work she creates - losing herself, finding herself, and posing a series of questions whose answers seek further curiosity over finite conclusion.

the paint layers, the pastel markings, the sprinkles of graphite are all excerpts of her internal conversations in the search for a more comprehensive understanding of the human experience.
