Interior mural work created for NBS in Newcastle upon Tyne. I was briefed by NBS to create a dynamic piece within their staff break / function area. It was requested to work with a local landmark theme, which I took and turned into something unique which workes nicely within the large white wall spaces of the area.
The design features prominent Newcastle Landmarks, with the word 'Newcastle' spread throughout the design in an abstract way using typography as a design element. The colour palette features a blend of bright tonal colours which work together to bring an injection of colour into the space.
