This Mid-Century Modern coffee table utilizes highly figured Claro Walnut, both for the live edge top, and the in-house made legs. The legs lend to it's mid-century inspiration, and the live-edge top adds a more organic feel.

Simon Silver Designs is a Fine Furniture Studio based in Santa Cruz California whose vision is to breathe new life into fallen trees, and use the beautiful medium that is wood to create masterful pieces. Our life goal is to respect and practice the art of salvaging trees and transforming them into fine hardwood tables, and furniture in the most organic way possible. Each slab of wood that becomes a table can be traced back to an exact location, and reason for being felled, be it by natural causes, due to tree sickness, or danger to a nearby home.
