Hand-turned Southern Live Oak bowl with red oak patches. Carved green and left to dry for several months, this one-of-a-kind vessel has subtly warped to a pleasing form. Finished with beeswax and raw linseed oil.

Jib Projects is a process-oriented design studio founded by Kathleen and David Bly, AIA, that creates art, objects and architecture. The couple met while studying fine art and have been collaborating ever since. With backgrounds in architecture, sculpture, and photography, they created Jib in 2022. Their work focuses on reflection of place through material. Form, process, stewardship, and playfulness are foundational to their practice.
