This is my full restoration and design of the front parlor floor. Restoring the original embellishments and gilding of silver highlights over the embellishments columns and fireplace design. Two salvage chandeliers restored and gilded to match the overall design of the living room.

Original art creation of unique abstract paintings and sculptures

Garry Grant is a New York based artist, well known for large-scale abstractions that often utilize multiple canvases. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Grant studied at College for Creative Studies and Wayne State University. Early in his career, Grant became a master gilder and was employed by several leading framing companies as a specialist in the restoration of antique period frames. Grant, has for over 20 years, adapted the materials and techniques of gilding and restoration to his artistic practice. Garry Grant exhibits his work in group and solo exhibitions throughout the United States.
