lantern vases may vary slightly in size - the vases are approximately 3 1/2" at base tapered to 3" at rim x 5-6" tall. lantern vases are available in 4 options: patina stone speckle (as shown), satin white speckle, turquoise, and coastal fog (gray). see below for descriptions of each.
reminiscent of a lantern form with short handles, this patina stone speckle has emerald green specks in the matte white glaze; it reminds me of a matte stone you might find on the beach. this textured wheel-thrown vase can show off grocery store flowers just as well as your coveted bouquet, or your garden pickings. minimal with clean lines, this lantern vase will enhance your flowers well without overcoming them.
the lantern vase comes in 3 other color ways (as seen in the photos): satin white speckle, turquoise, and coastal fog gray- all are part of the California Coast Collection. the satin white speckle option is fresh and clean with a satin finish. the coastal fog (gray) is a variable gray glaze on dark clay. it reflects the ever changing nature of coastal fog, sometimes thick and heavy and at other times thin and misty.
