This is an original painting, 16"x16" acrylic and fabric on 1.5" deep cradled panel. The sides of this piece are wood that's been sanded and finished, so the piece can be hung without a frame.
Confidently is a dynamic combination of the traditional Japanese patterns Yagasuri (arrow) and Shippō (interlocking circles. I used a rich palette of golds and violets to meld the patterns into a unified composition.
