How does the design of your space (or an element of the design) impact the experiences people have there?
"As downtown Chicago’s first hotel to earn a Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, our four-star hotel has mastered the art of combining luxury and sustainability. We hope guests feel welcomed immediately in our friendly atmosphere."

What is the interior design style of your space?
"At the corner of Clark and Huron Streets, step past our vintage façade into a lobby that feels worlds apart from urban bustle. Elements of earth, wind, water and fire create an immediate sense of relaxation and wellbeing, with contemporary furnishings and a glass fireplace lending a stylish yet cozy feel."

What Custom/Original Element do your guests notice most often? What do they say about it?
"We have three larger-than-life sustainable sculptures that greet our guests and our in front of our hotel. The sculptures are made of recycled and reclaimed materials and we added a new sculpture three times on Earth Day each year."
