How does the design of your space (or an element of the design) impact the experiences people have there?
"I believe our space allows people feel like they are in Austin. Our goal was to create a space that reflected the spirit of east Austin with a blending of styles and influences from around the world. The scale and design encourages people to relax, interact and appreciate their surroundings by creating an environment that is appealing to guests of all ages and backgrounds."

What is the interior design style of your space?
"The interior design of our hotel is centered around the mid-century movement and the clean lines of our building’s architecture. We were inspired by the vivid coloring and bold color blocks of Wes Anderson movie sets and design elements from artists in the '60s and '70s."

"The art throughout the hotel is probably what our guests notice most often. Whether it be the three dimensional art piece in the restaurant, the custom original paintings, our Moroccan inspired bar tables or our custom murals - East Austin hotel is filled with original art and blends the ingredients from many cultures, life experiences and backgrounds."
