Alba Ray’s, the Cajun restaurant from the team behind Popson’s and Causwell’s restaurant founder-CEO Alvin Garcia and chef-partner Adam Rosenblum. The 100-seat restaurant was designed by Arcsine (Duende, Calavera) with the Southern city in mind, from the tiles to the artwork. The name is a combination of Rosenblum’s daughter’s first name, Alba, and Ray is Garcia’s son Noah’s middle name.
