Colourful bold, richly patterned textile paintings and collages, handmade using recycled and remnant fabrics.

My textile art practice celebrates difference as a source of strength and beauty. I create layered wall hangings that blur the boundaries between painting, quilting, and collage. Bringing together fabrics, colours, patterns, and geometric shapes into vibrant geometric compositions.
I'm fascinated by what happens when diverse elements come together. A bold print beside a subtle texture, a bright colour shifting into another, or unexpected patterns finding harmony. Each piece is an exploration of how individuality can exist alongside connection—how distinct parts can create something richer when they're brought together.
My background in graphic design influences my use of form, colour, and composition, while my love of nature inspires my appreciation for complexity, diversity, and interconnectedness. I build my work through repetition, variation, and layering, allowing relationships between fabrics to emerge and evolve organically as each composition takes shape.
Working with reclaimed and remnant textiles is an important part of my practice. I enjoy giving overlooked materials a new life, allowing their histories and imperfections to become part of the finished piece. Each fabric brings its own story, adding depth and character to the whole.
Ultimately, my work is an appreciation of connection. I believe harmony isn't created through sameness but through the vibrant appreciation of individuality. I hope my art encourages people to slow down, look closely, and discover the beauty that can emerge when differences are embraced.
