White ceramic inside. On the rim, a bronze glaze with green patina that develops in the kiln. We don't fully control it; the temperature does. Every plate comes out with a slightly different surface – more bronze here, more green there.
The interior is smooth and wide, with a deep well that holds sauces and gives the chef room to plate. Works for main courses, pasta and composed fine dining dishes.
Dishwasher safe. Built for professional use.
Rim finish shown: bronze with green patina. Also available with a colour rim, and in custom finishes for restaurant orders.
