"Minimalistic, clean, cool-tone, functional pottery inspired by my Chinese-American heritage and vulnerable past."
I first fell in love with pottery during my senior year of high school in the midst of college applications and field hockey season. After a few serious concussions, my talent for math and science started to dwindle and my creative side started to truly blossom. My mental health started to suffer after my head trauma but I could always rely on clay to bring me joy. When academics brought me stress, I found solace in throwing on my wheel. Clay showed me there was a light at the end of the tunnel and because of that gift, I want to make sure my pots bring joy to others as well.
