Owner Gary Nash is an Oregon based woodworker and a Portland native. He has had the privilege of working with and learning from a variety of craftspeople since starting his woodworking career in the late nineties. In 2012 Gary started Brace & Bit to focus his skills using locally sourced hardwoods. He strives to combine the clean lines of modernism with the organic beauty inherent in the raw material.
