Agnes Hansella is a native of Dayak, Central Borneo Indonesia, who is self-taught in knotting. She studied audio school in Canada and got her Bachelor's degree from Jakarta Institute of Arts. Exposed to headphones and software for a long period, Agnes jumped into the macrame technique and discover her love for fiber and handcrafted objects. Her day to day work resemble traditional repetitive pattern, bounded to specific knots form. In 2019 Agnes start participating art exhibition where she finds interest in installation and 3d shapes.
