A quality elegance that presents the talents of handcrafting.

Kitbox is an Istanbul based Design Studio, founded by Tugce Sonmez Evin, an industrial designer that aims to introduce the user to the experience of making and a feel of material.

In most Kitbox products, machine processed flawless pieces are combined with handcrafted unique pieces and all are connected into an eclectic yet integral design by hand. Each object interacts with its user and serves an experience, other than its function, that is designed with the product itself. An illusion, a making experience or a satisfying image of geometry...

We believe that design is a form of communication that can overcome languages and miles if it reflects human touch.

We work mainly with metal, glass and wood, combining traditional methods with industrial production tools, that allows us to create simply minimal and satisfying images with quailty craftsmanship.
