Where Wood Meets Steel
Meet the Creator
Wescover creator since 2019
We design and fabricate custom furniture for residential and commercial settings leveraging the urban hardwood trees we salvage, mill and process.

In business since 2007, Where Wood Meets Steel salvages and repurposes felled, American hardwood trees, creating custom furniture and fixtures for living and working spaces in Denver, Colorado. Our pieces are well-designed, well-crafted, functional works of art designed and built to last a lifetime. We only use wood that is properly kiln-dried and acclimated to ensure the best quality. All of our tables include bases with fully supportive frames and threaded inserts to ensure the wood has room to move without cracking or warping. Our clients are homeowners, architects, designers, craftsmen and business owners.
