Item details

This custom epoxy river table has a hand-cut image of Lake George, NY through the middle of it per request of our client. The wood used was a black walnut slab that we purchased locally. This table took roughly 14 gallons/55 liters of Ecopoxy (which we use for all of our river tables). In regards to the color, this is Black Diamond Pigments "Deep Blue Sea" metallic pigment. We then finished this table off with a clear coat of Stonecoat Countertop Epoxy. The base of this table is a custom made "X frame" style base.

Custom, handmade woodworking and epoxy pieces

About five years ago when I bought my first house, I saw a pallet wine rack online that I wanted to make for my kitchen. With no intention of starting a business, I built the wine rack and posted it on social media just for fun. That was when everything took off for me. I had friends and family constantly asking me to build them a wine rack. As I continued to make these pieces, a variety of requests started coming in like coffee tables, coat racks, entertainment stands, etc. I knew right then and there that I had something going.
I quickly expanded from making small furniture pieces out of pallet wood to using a variety of different wood types to make just about anything and everything including epoxy river tables. Within the last 3 years, I have done some or all of the furnishing in two different breweries that opened here in Watertown, NY (Boots Brewery and Garland City Beer Works). I have also made pieces as small as a rustic sign all the way up to an 8.5 foot long epoxy river table. The largest and most detailed table being the one with a hand cut image of Lake George through the middle of it.
As always, I am looking for the next challenge and keeping up with the times of what is in style and continue to educate myself. It started as a hobby and has turned into something so much more; and all self-taught. I have made wonderful connections with several talented locals along the way. I have always taken pride in my work and would like to send out a huge thank you to my community, friends and family for all of the continued support.
