San Francisco multimedia artist Mark Grieve suspended his "Full Circle" installation 20 feet above ground in the central dome of the Visitacion Valley Branch Library. This inspiring piece is a dynamic constellation of interlocking steel hoops embellished with recycled bicycle gears and, according to Grieve, is intended to evoke a “universe of possibilities.”
