Item details

The modern shapes, geometric balance, and fun color play of the Canopy Mobile together to create a light-hearted kinetic art piece. The botany inspired green hues enhance the organic and warm brass tones in this kinetic sculptural art piece.

Handcrafted at the Circle and Line studio in Austin, Texas.

Dimensions: Hangs 36" from the ceiling including a 12" top chain. The body of the mobile is 24" H x 24" W

Weight: 3 lbs

Materials: All brass components incorporating different finishes. The natural brass is meticulously sanded, buffed, polished, and then finished with a durable lacquer to preserve the warm glow. The green hues are an easy-to-clean industrial matte-finish powder-coat over brass.

Installation + Care: Hang from an anchored hook in the ceiling. Intended for indoor use. Exposure to the elements will cause the natural patina process of the brass to accelerate. Wipe with a dry cloth.

Circle & Line is an Austin-based design studio that produces elegant, singular home goods. Corie Humble, the designer and founder, defines herself as an object designer, and her portfolio of work is vast - large art pieces, home decor, leather accessories and shoes. The small Circle & Line production team makes everything in their Austin studio. They partner with local Texas suppliers to purchase the supplies, and whatever part or service the need to outsource. Every aspect of the production process—sanding, drilling, scaling, weighing, balancing, fastening, or hanging—is done by hand to the highest, most stringent standards. The result is always a one-of-a-kind art object that possesses its own movement and grace.
