Roger Gaudreau was born in Rimouski, Québec, in 1956. He lives and works in Shawinigan, Quebec, Canada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières (1981). He received his Master of fine arts from the University of Québec in Montréal (1996). He has been teaching sculpture as lecturer professor in Trois-Rivières, Chicoutimi, Montréal and Halifax since 1984.
He has completed over thirty public art projects in Canada, Taiwan, Australia, Finland and Malaysia. He has numerous solo and group exhibitions in Quebec.
