Ronald J. Llanos created a beautiful mosaic piece called the "Ephemeral Views". Located at the station at Western and Exposition, these 24 mosaic panels stand 3 ft x 8 ft each. Ronald is a visual journalist and an urban realist whose images are inspired by people, and by places he travels to.

Ronald J. Llanos

Los Angeles, CA

A California native, Ronald J. Llanos holds a degree in Illustration from the Art Center College of Design. He has exhibited his works in many galleries throughout Los Angeles. He has also produced portraits for several corporations and designed posters for the Metropolitan Transportation Agency. Currently Llanos teaches at the Art Center College of Design. His recent drawings are inspired by the intricate human diversity of the urban landscape.”
