Abstract Mixed Media Artist

Hi everyone! My name is Kayla - artist, interior stylist, DIY enthusiast, aspiring morning person, mental health advocate, and lover of all things plants, adventure, and design.

Art and design have always served as an outlet for me. The process of creating is very meditative and I enjoy the moment of calm it offers. Being intentional with my artwork brings me back to the present moment and can ground me when I need it most. I try to keep my mental health at the core of everything I do.

I believe art and good design should be accessible to everyone. I enjoy working and creating in different art mediums, exploring possibilities, and seeing what new combinations I can come up with. I find inspiration and meaning in my encounters with nature, memories, the human body, and so much more.
