The Osteria dining armchair is designed to work with modern/contemporary dining areas, as well as rustic/reclaimed farmhouse style tables, especially Parsons tables. The backrest and arms have gently faceted surfaces for a distinctly sharp, contemporary look.
Built using mortise and tenon joinery, they will last many generations. We sand each chair to 400 grit and finish with hand-rubbed Osmo oil/wax, which protects the wood while preserving the experience of its natural texture.
They can be made in either dining chair height, bar stool, or counter stool height.
A variety of species available - American walnut, cherry, white oak, ash, Burmese teak, mahogany.
Custom cushions that button to the underside of the seat are available upon request.
