This 10′ x 10′ fresco called Meat Industry was found adorning the wall at Coit Tower. Created by SF-based muralist, lithographer, painter, and printer Ray Bertrand, this PWAP-funded piece depicts numerous scenes from the California meat industry. The people have different roles - butchering, weighing and checking on the meat.
