Murals by Amanda Paulson seen at Fred Meijer Office, Grand Rapids - Meijer

Item details

I was commissioned by Meijer to create a typographic mural that they could then photograph, digitize, and use for their internal marketing. The design was inspired by the original owner, Frederick Meijer's window sign painting (last picture).

Installed on glass windows in the main hallway at Meijer corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids MI, December 2015.

Meet the Creator

Bringing high impact, custom hand painted murals, lettering, and chalk art to life for brands and businesses since 2009.

Hi! I'm a painter, illustrator and muralist specializing in custom lettering and design for branding, marketing and editorial use. Since graduating from the University of Illinois with a BFA in Painting in 2008, I’ve had the pleasure of lettering and drawing for global brands and small businesses alike.

I work closely with each client to understand their goals and design typographic artwork that boosts their social presence and brings their brand to life. I work in a variety of mediums and am known for my large scale murals—painted and chalk—that incorporate vibrant colors and unique letterforms.

I live in Chicago with my husband Zach, and when I’m not chalking or painting, I can be found at the gym, near the lake, or tending my urban garden.
