MINOR REFURBISHMENT & INTERIOR DECORATION.
This Pleasant street home was a rental for many years so it had some wear and tear to deal with. These clients wanted to leave a big chunk of the budget for furnishings so they could be taken to the next place when the time comes to sell next year. Paint touch ups, new window furnishings and new light fixtures in every room made a huge difference. In the kitchen we matched a lovely penny round splashback to the walls, added a new bench top and new cupboard handles. These small touches made it feel like a brand new kitchen. The bathroom was the biggest makeover due to some pesky water damage. With all new wall lining, fixtures, fittings and joinery, this has become the favorite room in the house!
