Double gradient: Reclaimed wood wall art
Set of 2 gradient art pieces would make such cool wall statement for any space. The natural warm colors and textures come to life in different times of day.
These 2 pieces are made to order which means I will build another pair to look very similar to the ones in the image . The original pieces in the picture each measures 60” long x 24” high to give you some perspective for size.
These pieces are completely made of naturally aged wood from very old barns and houses that where taken down in my area.
There is no stain or paint used for the coloring of the wood, just what Mother Nature created.
This piece is made up of 1/2” strips of various grey and browns and red tone pieces. I sprayed two coats of low voc water based sealer to protect the piece without taking away from the look and texture of the reclaimed wood.
Each art piece is hand signed and dated in the back and also has a custom made laser engraved wood name tag mounted on the side of the piece.
Please let me know if you will be installing these horizontally or vertically to make sure I mount the hardware in proper location.
