This project was done with a frequent collaborator, Carolyn Braaksma. We were asked to design a floor for the lobby entrance to the School of Engineering at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. The School covers many different engineering disciplines and the site space was complex; so the design process required significant research, much back and forth with faculty and staff, and the juggling of many different design elements. Metal fabrication and shop drawings were produced by Kaspari Design and the terrazzo installation was done by Roman Mosaic & Tile. 2017
