At 190 × 210 cm (approximately 75 × 83 inches), Totipoa is a statement-scale handwoven tapestry designed to give a large wall warmth, texture and presence. Natural wool and cotton form a sculptural surface of raised patterns, soft loops and long fringe in a quiet cream and beige palette.
WOVEN BY HAND IN POLAND
Each piece is woven by hand in the Lale Studio & Shop studio by our mother-and-daughter team, Ela and Nikola. The photographs show us working directly on the tapestry: arranging the fibers, building the textured pattern and finishing the details by hand. This is textile artwork created through a hands-on weaving process.
A LARGE-SCALE FOCAL POINT
Nearly two metres wide and more than two metres tall, Totipoa can anchor a spacious living room, an entryway or a hospitality interior. Its neutral tones complement natural wood, linen and calm architectural spaces, while the raised weave adds depth that changes with the light.
